Founded in 1985, ADC has
thousands
of customers throughout the U.S., with additional installations in Guam and the Caribbean. ADC is experiencing significant growth in demand for both products and services. ADC's major business focus is the development of Client Server based software applications that accommodate a host of information management requirements. ADC's flagship product, the Perfect Practice® Case Management system is a powerhouse of flexibility and function. Release version 4 allows the system to meld itself to any user's configuration and requirement, as though custom developed. The product line also includes Perfect Practice® Billing and Accounting, a fully integrated set of components for legal billing, accounting and financial management providing the full spectrum of data management from front office to back office.
Location
ADC's corporate office is located near downtown Orlando, Florida. Centrally located but just outside of downtown traffic and congestion, ADC is easy to reach from Orlando's Interstate 4.
Business Climate
ADC has adopted a "business casual" non/smoking workplace environment within the office. For staff members who travel to visit our clients, professional attire is required during those visits.

Health Care |
ADC offers an PPO health care plan and dental insurance program for staff members, and pays the major portion of both insurance plans. Family/dependent coverage can optionally be added at an additional cost to the employee. |
Retirement |
ADC has established a retirement program for its employees, administered by Fidelity Investments, the largest fund management firm in the world. You select your own investment portfolio with ADC providing matching contributions. Employees are eligible after 1 to 2 years of service (based on starting dates). |
Vacations |
Employees are eligible to utilize Vacation/Personal leave time after 6 months of employment. ADC offers 2 weeks vacation per year; after 5 years of continuous service, that amount is increased to 3 weeks per year. |
Sick-leave |
While we hope you won't need it, ADC provides for 1 week sick leave (usable after 6 months of employment). |
